What does Ibex Medical Solutions do?
We provide medical billing and revenue cycle support with a focus on cardiology, family medicine and general surgery. Services can include billing, coding support, eligibility, denials, A/R follow-up and enrollment coordination.
What is included in the free billing audit?
We agree an initial review scope around your billing workflow and suitable summary reports. It can cover denial themes, aging balances and billing handoffs. No patient records should be submitted through this website.
How does one month of free billing work?
New practices can request a first month with the agreed Ibex billing service fee waived. Included work, the start date, third-party costs and any ongoing arrangement are defined in writing before work begins.
Do we have to change our EHR?
We review your current system, available access and workflow first. Compatibility and the working approach are confirmed during onboarding rather than assumed.
Where do you offer services?
California is our primary geographic focus. Practices in other U.S. states are welcome to discuss service fit, payer mix and access requirements with us.
Do you guarantee a collection rate or revenue increase?
No. Payment depends on coverage, documentation, payer contracts and other factors. We agree the work we will perform and review results using your practice data.
Can I send patient records through the contact form?
No. Website forms and general email are for business inquiries only. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, records, insurance IDs or claim documents. Any project needing protected information requires a separately agreed process and appropriate agreements first.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on specialty, provider count, volume, payer mix and scope. We provide a written proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a paid service.
