This website introduces Ibex Medical Solutions and its billing support. Content is general business information, not advice about a specific clinical service or claim. Current payer policies, contracts and documentation govern claim requirements.
No engagement from an inquiry
Forms and emails do not create a service relationship. Scope, fees, access, reporting and appropriate agreements must be accepted in writing before work begins.
Free billing audit
The free audit is an initial review of an agreed workflow or report scope, with no Ibex fee and no obligation to buy ongoing services. It is not a regulatory certification or a guarantee that every issue will be identified.
One month of free billing
For a new practice engagement, the offer waives the Ibex billing service fee for the first 30 consecutive days of billing work described in the signed scope. The start date and included services are agreed before work begins.
Third-party software, clearinghouse, postage and other external charges are excluded. Separately quoted work, such as historical A/R or enrollment projects outside the signed scope, is not automatically included.
Any post-offer service fee and ongoing commitment must be disclosed and accepted in the written agreement before the engagement starts. A website form does not create automatic paid enrollment. The offer is not cash or a reimbursement promise.
Payer decisions and outcomes
No payer approval, payment, collection rate, revenue increase or claim recovery is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors beyond the billing workflow.
